Niwaka is an organic cafe&restaurant opened two years ago in the forest in Seto city, Aichi prefecture. Driving through mountain road, you’ll find a small red bridge over the Mizuno river. After crossing it, you will find a nice Japanese house there.
The owners reformed an old pottery and converted it into this wonderful shop by themselves. The atmosphere is absolutely nice, a peaceful and cozy place. 
I ordered a chocolate brownie & coffee and my daughter ordered a butter cake and hot cocoa.
My little hot cocoa lover said this one is the best hot cocoa she has ever drunk!
The owner of this place also runs organic cooking lessons. I joined several times and I loved them! Unfortunately, she will close the shop and lessons for a year for her private reason… but we are really looking forward for reopening!
